Project preparation help us know project scope and requirements. In this phase we organize the Team, identify the key stakeholders, define communication plan, define RTM and KPIs. More importantly this phase we identify the project management methodology to suit project delivery
Based on RTM and detail requirement gathering workshops, To-Be Design is delivered as part of this phase. Specific to enterprise solution like SAP, Oracle or Microsoft, initial configuration document, functional specification and to-be business process documents are delivered in this phase.
At this stage of Project, SAP is configured, customized to best suite the Process Design from Blue Print stage.
This is very important phase of Project. System while in development goes through various test cycles. Unit testing by our team members. Integration testing and User acceptance by Customer team.
Data and transactions from current legacy system converted to suit new system design and system. Cut-over and conversion goes through test cycles to ensure that data will be uploaded to production system correctly and accurately.
This stage new system and process design is available for transaction by end user. Aadiya team supports Customer IT team and Business user to ensure system adaption and operation continuity.
